Harlan Neugeboren is a visionary technology executive with diverse experience innovating and managing the technical and operational aspects of content organizations, His many achievements include, as one of the four founding executives, developing NY1 News, a 24-hour local news service that redefined the way local news is produced.

 

Harlan’s outstanding track record in implementing cost-effective and efficient end-to-end solutions to produce, distribute, and monetize content for web, mobile, OTT, and traditional distribution channels also includes his launch of nine 24-hour news channels in five years.  He has built innovative operations for Thomson Reuters, Verizon FiOS, NBCSports.com, SUNY Stony Brook School of Journalism and Bloomberg.  Harlan also holds a patent (US 9,201,571 B2) – Logging, Editing and Production System for Activities of Local Interest and Related Video which was developed for the High School Media Innovators Program for itsrelevant.com - A hyper local news service delivered via web and mobile that Harlan founded.

 

A recognized digital media pioneer, Harlan is Chief Innovator at Media Innovations (in Stamford, CT), where he provides end-to-end media consultancy services including the development and implementation of innovative, creative, and cost- effective digital file-based production systems, workflows, strategies, budgets, and organizational structures, content development and creation and end-user experiences for mobile, web, and OTT delivery.
