One of four founding executives of Time Warner’s first 24-hour local news channel that re-invented local news production. NY 1 produced 200% more content than its competitors with 1/3 the staff & 1/3 the operational budget. Staff was primarily editorial by utilizing production automation and streamlined workflows.
Led a team of 4 that launched nine (9 additional 24-hr newschannels in key TWC markets. Stations were launched within 1 year of site selection. Stations were tapeless and digital from end to end with desktop editing being implemented five (5) years ahead of the marketplace.
